Just bought a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I love it. It will take a while to learn about all the bells and whistles, but my salesman Joe Kobriger provided a good orientation. Want to send a shout out to Christy in the Service Department. She was very helpful too. Everyone at Boucher Ford was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Back in Nov 24 I brought my car in for front brakes. While changing the oil, they noticed that coolant level was low. They asked me if they could run a pressure test to find cause. During test,service mechanic found coolant leaking into cylinders 3&
4. The service Mgr then contacted my extended warranty co. and after several delays with the holidays, the service dept replaced my old engine with a brand new one. During this time Mgr. Jessica provided me with a brand new Ford to drive till my car was finished. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated from the valet service to the service Mgrt to the service mechanic. All in all, this company goes out of its was to please its customers..

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica when I brought my car in for battery issues, and I canāt express how grateful I am for her exceptional service. Honestly, I was pretty stressed and frustrated with the situation, and I wasnāt exactly the easiest customer to deal with. Despite that, Jessica remained incredibly professional, calm, and helpful throughout the entire process.
She walked me through every step, explaining in detail what the technicians were doing to diagnose the issue. Her knowledge and clear communication helped ease my concerns and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. Even though the team didnāt discover the root of the issue, I truly appreciated that they didnāt charge me for the additional diagnostics.
What really stood out to me, though, was Jessicaās kindness and consideration. She was patient and understanding, even when I was less than pleasant. Itās rare to find someone who maintains such professionalism and compassion, and Iām thankful for how she handled everything. She made a stressful situation much more manageable, and Iāll definitely be returning for any future service needs.

They are a great dealership, very friendly and helpful, however, I'm rating the charging stations they now offer. I feel like dealerships will be EV driver's "gas stations" at least until the states get all the infrastructure required like a gas station at every corner, but very thankful to them for not only having more than 2 stations, they aren't overcharging us EV drivers per kWh it's very fair. I don't wanna be a deal hog and hopefully, it'll only go down more with more business.

I am a senior and have purchased many cars. This was the first dealership that did not act like the typical sales staff. They answered questions and talked about their vehicles. They never pushed me to buy but instead listened to what I was looking for. The next day I came back and bought a fantastic Bronco Sport that is perfect for me. This was the best vehicle purchase I ever encountered.

The new facility is 1st rate! Getting in and out of Service Department is easy, especially in bad weather.
I needed a loaner this time, and they were very generous with a new Escape.
All work documented with video before they start.
Everything is explained so I could understand both the work scope and the price.
Then they start.
This was my 1st major repair and Bradford kept in touch with me the whole time.

Just bought a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I love it. It will take a while to learn about all the bells and whistles, but my salesman Joe Kobriger provided a good orientation. Back in Nov 24 I brought my car in for front brakes. While changing the oil, they noticed that coolant level was low. They asked me if they could run a pressure test to find cause. During test,service mechanic found coolant leaking into cylinders 3&
4. The service Mgr then contacted my extended warranty co. and after several delays with the holidays, the service dept replaced my old engine with a brand new one. During this time Mgr. Jessica provided me with a brand new Ford to drive till my car was finished. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated from the valet service to the service Mgrt to the service mechanic. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica when I brought my car in for battery issues, and I canāt express how grateful I am for her exceptional service. Honestly, I was pretty stressed and frustrated with the situation, and I wasnāt exactly the easiest customer to deal with. Despite that, Jessica remained incredibly professional, calm, and helpful throughout the entire process.
She walked me through every step, explaining in detail what the technicians were doing to diagnose the issue. Her knowledge and clear communication helped ease my concerns and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. Even though the team didnāt discover the root of the issue, I truly appreciated that they didnāt charge me for the additional diagnostics.
What really stood out to me, though, was Jessicaās kindness and consideration. She was patient and understanding, even when I was less than pleasant. Itās rare to find someone who maintains such professionalism and compassion, and Iām thankful for how she handled everything. She made a stressful situation much more manageable, and Iāll definitely be returning for any future service needs.
